This process line uses rice, corn, beans and kinds of grains as raw materials.Through

extruding, inflating, drying, crushing and mixing, it could produce many kinds of nutritional powder, such as baby rice poeder, sesame paste, beans powder and so on.

This line could finish all the process automatically from the feeding to the end. It has

features of easy operation, without leak of powder dust, sanitation, saving energy and

easy to add all kinds of row materials and nutriment.

Production process: Mixing→Extruding→Drying→Milling

Equipments configuration:Mixer→Screw conveyor→Extruder→Air conveyor→Dryer(Microwave

dryer)→Air conveyor→Milling system

The purpose of denaturation is to adapt to various industrial applications. Such as: high-temperature technology (canned sterilized) requirements of high-temperature viscosity stability of starch, frozen foods require good freeze-thaw stability of starch, jelly foods require good transparency, good film formation and so on. The second is to open up new uses of starch and expand the scope of application. Such as: the use of starch in textiles; hydroxyethyl starch, hydroxypropyl starch instead of plasma; high cross-linked starch instead of surgical gloves with talcum powder.
