About LD solvent extraction section:

It is utilizing for extracting the maximum oil out from the oilseeds . The final oil residue is less than 1%. It is usually suitable for processing large capacity oil seeds.

Rotocel extractor: Spray and soak the pre-pressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be

dissolved in solvent (form miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil).

The pre-pressed cake or flake, firstly enters into the seal auger to avoid the solvent gas escaping. Then material enter into the box-chained loop type extractor and counter-currenting with the solvent, the grease is extracted, and miscella concentration increases from 2% to more than 25%. Then miscella is discharged from extractor, and into miscella filter for filtration. After separating fines, miscella enter into the oil tank, then pump into evaporation system. And the leached meal finally drops in LD through buried scraper plate.

LD: It is used to separate the solvent from the wet meal. Wet meals discharged from the

bottom of extractor enter the top of LD and land on the predesolventizing trayers where they are heated by the indirect steam, thus, some solvent in meal is evaporated and meal temperature is risen; Predesolventized meals land on predesolventizing trayers where they use the second steam in desolventizing trayers to predesolventize solvent from meal, then, meals enter desolventizing layers in which direct steam is injected.

Evaporation process: Pump the miscella ( oil with solvent) into the 1st and 2nd long-tube evaporator, then add 10% saline water to it. The phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will react with the saline water, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.

Using the secondary steam desolventized from LD desolventizer and produced by steam-jet pump to heat and evaporate micella in the first long-tube evaporator. Export temperature reaches to 58-62℃ and concentration reaches to more than 65%. Then, micella enters into the second long-tube evaporator in which the temperature is heated to 105-110℃ by indirect steam and the concentration reaches to more than 95%.

Then miscella enters into stripper in which residual solvent in oil will be removed, the export temperature reaches to about 105℃ and the general volatile of the extracted crude oil is less than 0.30%.

1. Acid reaction process
Oil temperature can be adjusted by screw plate heat exchanger. When the temperature is heated to about 80℃, mixing about 85% food grade phosphoric acid into acid reaction tank for reacting. In the tank, most non-hydrated phospholipid transfer into hydrated phospholipid.

2. Neutralization process
In the neutral section, degummed oil with appropriate temperature and the appropriate concentration of alkali liquor, into the neutralization centrifugal mixer mixing, in order to achieve the effect of mixed, the mixture is then sent to neutralization tank for enough time, in this process, excessive alkali neutralization of free fatty acids and some phosphate form soapstock , after pumping oil soap mixture into heater oil heating to 85 ~ 90 ℃ in centrifuge separation oil - soap (or oil - glue). Oil soapstock of the separated (or foot) feet into the oil tank, and then to the salting out with soap pump tank isolated part of the oil.

3. Washing process
Neutral oil from separator, still contains about 500 ppm soap, in order to reduce the residual content of soap, oil is joined by about 10% of hot water, washed in the washing mixer, hot water will absorb oil soap and other impurities, then in the water separator are separated.
