1.palm fruit/bunch → sterilization → threshing → digesting → clarification → purification →dring → CPO→ refining → decolorizing → deodorizing →RBD palm oil → crystallization → fractionation → RBD olein & RBD stearin
2.palm kernel →depericarper → crushing → pressing → CPKO → refining → RBDPK oil , RBDPK olein & RBDPK stearin

3. Bunch reception station of palm oil processing :

The FFB bunch be transported to plant by truck, after be weighted by weighting bridge(80T), the FFB will be loaded down to FFB Loading Ramp.

4. Sterilization station of palm oil processing :

After FFB be transported into sterilizing tank (202), close the door of sterilizing tank, and open the vent valve behind the tank then saturated steam, which pressure is 3bar and temperature is around 130℃. After all the cooling air have been discharged out, close vent valve, proceed to sterilizing section. Sterilizing time is 80~100minutes.

5. Threshing of palm oil processing :

Sterilized FFB be twisted and knocked in thresher. Palm fruit will be separated from empty bunch totally, fall into Fruit Scraper conveyor(306) though fence, the empty bunch will be transported to Bunch Temporary tank by Bunch Scraper conveyor (307).

6. Pressing station of palm oil processing :

The fruit in crush tank will be heated to 90~95℃, heating time is around 10~20 minutes. Meanwhile palm fruit pericarp can be destroy in digestor, that’s will be good for oil extract.

The pounded fruit flow into Palm fruit oil presser(402) to press. Oil press cone can control cylinder, working pressure is 50~70bar, revolving speed of presser main shaft is 12.5 r/min. Meanwhile the mixture of crude palm oil and water outflow from barrel holes. Crude oil will be flow in Temporary Storage oil tank(T06) through crude oil groove. Then oil will be pumped to Screening filter(601) by oil pump. After filtering take out the oil foam, deposit impurities. Palm oil flow into Passivating oil tank(602). The fiber cake and nucleus are exhausted from clearance of cone head drop on Breaking cake auger (501).

Deacidification:This part adopt alkali refining method, that is use alkalis like (NaOH) to neutral the free fatty acid in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separated from the oil by setting several hours. NAOH solution, not only neutral free fatty acid, also can act with other matters like protein, mucus, phospholipid, pigment. After settling, release the soapstock from the tank bottom. Adding hot water to rinse, remove off the leftover lye , soap and some unhydrated phospholipid in the oil. Finally pumping out soapstock from the tank bottom.
