1. Raw Material of Oil Refinery Mill

Applies to soybean oil, cotton seed oil, rapeseed oil, camellia seed oil, corn germ oil, rice bran oil, sunflower seed oil, etc.

4.Fractionation of Palm Kernel Oil Refinery Mill

(1) New fractionation technology developed by LD sellects advanced crystallization equipment, filtration & pressing technology, and accurate temperature auto-control software, which keep paces with the word.

(2) The new technology is especially applicable for the palm oil fractionation, which can get different melting-point fractionations, including 8°C, 10°C, 14°C, 18°C, 24°C, 33°C, 44°C, and 55°C.

(3) Meanwhile, we can control and change the filtration mode by regulating crystallization rate, crystallization temperature and maturing time.

(4) The above technology is suitable for the fractionation of cottonseed oil and animal oil, such as fish oil, lard, etal, thus raising the added value and increasing enterprise economic benefit.

Working principle of Palm FFB Oil Process Machinery
1 This frame oil filter is composed of filter plates, filter frames, oil pump and filter cloth, etc.
2 When the crude oil is pumped into the filtering machine, under the different pressure in and outside the machine, the crude oil go through the filtering cloth and come out from the pipr under the filter plate.
3 While the oil dregs remains on the surface of the filtering cloth, thus realizing the filtering process.

Packing & Loading:
1. All machines, which is less than a full container, are packed by the standard wooden case for exporting. So it is safe and strong enough for a long journey from our factory to your place.
2. If all the machines are shipped by a full container, the container will be loaded in
Shandong Leader Machinery Co.,ltd. by our workers. Also, all the machines will be fixed onto the container.
