Solvent recovery

Leaching is divided into three types :

1. Towline extractor : The amount of processing is≥ 7000T/D .

2. Ring extractor : The amount of processing is ≥3000T/D.

3.Rotocel extractor: The amount of processing is ≤1500T/D.

The towline extractor working principle of leaching :

1. After pretreatment of the oil into the leaching, solvent (n-hexane) will be sprayed on the surface of the oil in the oil, most of the oil will be solvent extraction.

The oil concentration of the first funnel is relatively high, generally 60%-65%. Oil is directly pumped.

2. Oil after the second funnel, solvent will again sprayed on oil, again leaching, oil concentration and mixed oil obtained by solvent content is lower, more and more high.

3. Oil is shipped out extractor.

Negative pressure evaporation process

The liquid from the extractor is the miscella containing grease and oil, which can be separated

out according their different vaporization

Vacuum Oil Evaporation Advantages:

a) Vacuum evaporation features high efficiency, thorough de-solvation and low solvent consumption in crude oil.

b) Use the second steam of desolventizer toaster and remaining steam from steam jet pump as

the heat source of the first steam, which can save energy, reduce the condenser configuration

area and save investment.

c) Due to the low temperature of the steam, the crude oil features light color, good quality and

low residual solvent.

Method of Multifunction and essential oil extractor
Multifunction and essential oil extractor production line includes two parts, one is pretreatment line, the other is oil seed press machine.

Pretreatment part is used for cleaning and adjusting texture of the materials ,Multifunction and essential oil extractor can improve oil yield rate, reducing breakdown of the machines. General speaking, the pretreatment machines include Magnetic drum, Cleaning sieves, Sheller, Crusher, Flaking roll, Cooker, Softening pot , Puffing machine and so on. After pretreatment, the materials will be sent to oil expeller, then the crude oil got. Different materials have different pre-press methods. Shandong Leader Machinery Co.,ltd. usually collocate proper press line according to the customers' materials.
