Professional cold-pressed oil extraction machine

There are two types of sesame seed oil extraction machine ,one is hydraulic sesame oil making machine,and the other is screw sesame oil making machine.

This machine presses the fried seeds in the barrel, it ’s easy to operate, and you can get fragrant edible oil directly. It just takes several minutes to get the healthy product oil.

(1) There is groove in both side of each screw row.It can make sure that the material can rotate in the press cage.And it also can make the material pressed fully. With grooves on the screw row,5% oil yield can be improved.

(2) The space between screw rows is very small,which can make sure that the materials can be pressed competely.This can improve oil yield.

3. cold-pressed oil extraction machine :

About screw seasame oil making machine,it aslo separate hot press sesame oil making machine and cold press sesame oil making machine.

Hot press sesame making machine,it will increase oil discharge about 2% with cooker.And cold press sesame oil making machine could keep the inherent sesame oil fragrance.

Main Structure of Professional cold-pressed oil extraction machine:
This combined oil expeller is composed by four parts: feeder, press chamber, electrical control panel
and vacuum filter drum. The heating system is inside the press cage. The filtering drum is vacuum
filter with sight glass.
