4) The screw core shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA, and the screw elements
connect with the core shaft in an involute curve, which features high
intensity, large carrying load, and easy disassembly and assembly.
5) The screw elements are made of high quality high-speed tool steel,
W6Mo5Cr4V2, which receives heat treatment with SHJ-20 PVC Sheet Co-Rotating Parallel Twin-Screw Extruder hardening at high
temperature.

6) Whole hardness: HRC58-60

5. Charging barrels

1) 6 barrels in all, barrel length: the length of feeder barrel is 100mm , others are 150mm, they are made of #45 steel and lined with alloy bush, water-cooling for barrels

1) Made of high quality steel (5CrNiMo), coat hanger-type structure, thermal
couple is adopted to test temperature

2. Forming/molding and cooling devices

1) Forming roller specs: φ350X100mm, quenching and tempering treatment, the
surface plated with chrome, REXNORD reducer from
USA, frequency- conversion motor with a power of 1.1KW, AC vector frequency
converter from Japan Fuji.

2) Cooling roller specs: φ350X100mm, quenching and tempering treatment, the
surface plated with chrome, REXNORD reducer from
USA, frequency- conversion motor with a power of 1.1KW, AC vector frequency
converter from Japan Fuji.

3. Hauling and winding devices

1) The drawing rollers are polishing roller and rubber roller, specs: φ120X100mm; rubber roller φ120X100mm, pneumatic control.

2) The motor power of the hauling device: 1.1KW, Japan Fuji inverter, 1 suit of speed and tensile force controller.

3) Automatic flat-rail surface-friction double work position winding, maximum winding diameterφ300 mm motor power 1.1KW.
