The process flow of the peanut oil mill

pretreatment section

1, Cleaning

there are some impurities in the materials, such as dust, stone, metal and so on. but these impurities will destory the machine and affect the material's quality, so must through cleaning to get rid of these impurities.

2, Shucking

purpose: improve the oil yield, and the quality of the meal. on the other hand, the shucking can decrease the abrasion of the machine.

3, Crushing

purpose: through crushing, can make the seed have some granularity, after the crushing, widen its surface area, which can make it easier to adjust moisture and temperature.

4, Flaking

purpose: destory the Cells and tissues, increase the surface area of the oil material. flaking can shorten the distance of the oil to make the oil easier to get, at last, it's better to improve the cooking effect.
