The general introduction of corn flour mill machine production line

(1).It has adopted advanced milling technology at home and abroad. The storey-typed structure makes a good layout. It is easy to install and operate because of efficient automation.

(2).The corn milling machine take advanced flour milling technology to grind well and is refined by purifier. That makes wheat bran, corn and residue separated thoroughly. It can be used for the flour co-production of same grade or tailored flour production.

(3).For the complete set of equipment, we provide a service of coordinated process of designing, installing and technology training. In a word, we provide a Turn-key project for you.

Equipment technical parameters of corn meal making machine

(1).Product variety: corn grit, corn flour and corn bran.

(2).Electricity consumption: about 60kw·h for one ton of corn

(3).Rate of finished product: corn grit: about 45~55%;

corn flour: about 20~30%;

corn bran: about 25%.

The total rate of corn grits and corn flour is about 75~80%.
