Main technical characteristics:

1.Extruder gear box designing is advanced and structure is compact,equipped with bearings imported from the Swiss(SKF) except for two sets of thrust bearings . It achieved features like: high rotation speed,high torque output and stable running.

2.The extruder barrel adopts bimetal liner wear proof alloy steel a301 ,its hardness is HRC60—64.

3.The extruder screw elements are made of high-speed tool steel W6Mo5Cr4Vo2,through Masterbatch Masterbatch twin screw extruder hardening it can be HRC58-62 ,they have strong wearability and long service life.

4.Extruder temperature control system adopts RKC digital display instrument imported from Japan , realized automatic and accurate temperature control.

5.Head of extruder equipped with solution temperature measuring thermocouple and pressure sensors to inspect and control extrusion conditions,so it can meet the technical requirements for various materials processing.

6.Extruder can adopt direct - current(DC) motor configuration:British Eurotherm dc speed regulator or Ac motor configuration:imported frequency conversion governorto control revolving speed.Both has advantages such as:good performance of low speed start and saving electric power.
